Critical Career Crossroads are those transition points that managers and leaders face as they progress through the organisational hierarchy. These are illustrated in the diagram below.

It is possible to identify the key competencies and personality characteristics that predict greater success for each of the transition points whether using the Assess system on its own, or supported by custom validation surveys to create success profiles.
Assess Development Reports
The Assess development reports provide an important voice into the nine box Performance/Potential matrix often used for Talent Assessment and Development. It helps in the assessment of potential for roles in to which the individuals have not yet had experience of.
The Assess development reports link personality characteristics to the competencies and provide critical insights into strengths and potential vulnerabilities. Hence it is possible to have an assessment for potential success in new roles.
Importantly the data can be aggregated enabling an overview for ongoing Learning and Development activities following on from the assessment phase.
